    Delivery Service

    We ship out all of our orders via JNE or deliver them via GoJek by request. For shipping via Gojek, please contact us as soon as possible at +6287861782121 after placing your order.

    Delivery Schedule

    We strive to ship out all orders within 24 business hours. Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Our warehouse is located in Pluit Village and transit time varies based on destination.

    All tracking information may be viewed through the application/website provided by the delivery service used.

    Response Times

    Customer Support strives to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible. We answer all emails in the order in which they are received. We attempt to answer all emails within one business day.

  • Return & Replacement

    Monopolis will accept returns on all unopened products within 3 days of delivery. Please email for approval before sending back merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a sealed product is missing parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer, you may call or email Monopolis and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    All pricing is listed in Rupiah.

    Currently the only available payment method we have is transfer to BCA or COD (if you decided to visit our retail store). After you made your transfer, it is necessary to immediately confirm your payment during 24 hour period or your order will automatically be cancelled.

    Sometimes we will temporarily discount a product's price or run promotions on certain product lines. These changes are time-sensitive and Monopolis reserves the right to end a promotion at any time. Orders placed before a sale begins or after the expiration will not be eligible for the promotional rate.

    Monopolis reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after an order confirmation has been received. In the case of a pricing error Monopolis will contact you via email regarding the error and will process a full refund for the order.

  • Out of Stocks

    If an item is out of stock on your order, we will refund your account for the item and ship the rest of the order. There are exceptions when we know an item will be restocked shortly, in which case we will hold the order and ship it in its entirety the following day.

  • Ordering & Order Statuses

    If you want to place an order on our website we require an email address to be associated with the order. This email address will also be your user id so you can log in and change your personal information. We will use this email address to send order confirmations and shipping notices as well.

    Order Statuses

    Pending - When you place your order and the payment has been received your order moves to this order status. Your order is placed in queue for our warehouse to invoice and begin processing your order.

    Processing - The Processing status means that your order has been invoiced and our team of order pullers are currently gathering the items for your order.

    Completed - During this status, your items are put through our quality assurance stations. The items in your order are double checked with a barcode scanning system, and then moved to our packing and shipping stations.

    Please note: Orders in the Contents Verified section can no longer be modified or added to.

    Shipped - The shipped status means that your order has been completed and a shipping label has been placed on your package. Our package pick up happens around 3:00 pm CST for the USPS and 5:00 pm CST for UPS. You will receive the shipping email from our system when the order has been moved to Shipped in our system. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours after the packages have been picked up by the shipping company to be attached to your order.

    Pick Up Orders

    You are able to choose Retail Store – Pick Up (In Pluit Village) upon check out on our website. If you choose this option, we will have your order processed and ready for pick up in our retail store within one business day.

    Payment Types

    We offer Cash or Debit (EDC) as a payment type upon checkout on our website for retail store pick-ups. Cash/Debit orders will not be processed until payment is received. Orders that have not been paid in full within one week will be cancelled.

  • Loyalty Program


    In order to receive loyalty point in our website. you must be a registered user while purchasing our product online.

    Loyalty Tier

    There are 5 tiers of loyalty that you can unlock within our website, each tier will give out passive 1% discount to the user whenever he/she purchase our products online. Currently, the maximum amount of discount our user can have from this feature is 5% on the 5 th tier of Loyalty.

    In order to receive loyalty point in our website. you must be a registered user while purchasing our product online.

  • Deal of the Day

    Our Deal of the Day runs from 12:01 am to 11:59 pm each day. Once the allotted amount has sold out or the 24-hour period has passed, the deal ends. These offers cannot be applied retroactively and it cannot be honored after the sale has expired. All Deals of the Day are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and terms are non-negotiable.

  • Wishlist

    You must be logged into your account to utilize the Wishlist Features:


    You can add items to your Wishlist by clicking on the heart icon on any category or product page. Items can also be moved to your Wishlist from your shopping cart by clicking on the heart icon next to the product you want to move. Once you move an item to your Wishlist, it will no longer be in your shopping cart.


    To view all items in your Wishlist, simply log into your account and click on Wishlist or if you are already logged in, you can easily find it by clicking the heart icon above the search bar. In your wish list you can also see the current selling price of the item as well as the current quantity available for sale.


    Once an item is in your Wishlist, you can easily move it to your shopping cart to purchase, by clicking on the blue shopping cart button.
